Women’s Business Club receives a high volume of applicants during their ‘Leader Recruitment’ process. With ShoutOut, they are able to automate a large part of this process. Applicants are sent a link where they answer 3 questions about why they would make a good leader and Angela’s team receives a notification of this.

Women’s Business Club also host annual awards events, celebrating women’s professional achievements. Utilising ShoutOut, they simply send out a link for contributors to submit award entries and nominee announcements. They also use ShoutOut to compile their videos into a 30 minute compilation video.

“My favourite thing: I feel like we have quality control” says Angela, admitting to rejecting videos in the past. Now, no matter the quality of the videos they receive – WBC are building brand visibility with ShoutOut’s automated and therefore consistent branding.

According to Angela, using ShoutOut to shortlist candidates in the recruitment process makes it much easier and “weeds out the applicants that aren’t serious”.
